Faena Miami Residences

Faena Miami Residences is a new Faena-branded project on the Miami River, and is a luxury residential gated and private development that is part of a planned Faena Miami River District in this area. This project includes two 60-story towers featuring a total of 440 condo units. The development is being created in collaboration between Alan Faena, Fortune International Group, and KAR Properties. The site, located at 90 Southwest Third Street, was originally envisioned as "One River Point" and has been redesigned to align with Faena's distinctive style.

Designed by the late architect Rafael Vinoly, the towers will be connected by a two-story, 45,000-square-foot sky bridge. This space will house various amenities, emphasizing wellness and luxury living. The broader development will include a private park, wellness facilities, a marina, and public art installations, creating a vibrant community along the riverfront .

Sales for the residences are expected to start later this year, with unit prices beginning around $1 million. Construction is anticipated to start in 2026, with phased deliveries stretching to 2029 .
