The corner of 32nd Street and Collins Avenue in Miami has a legendary allure, with the always-famous Saxony Hotel seated along Miami Beach’s famous coastline. Well, the Saxony resort has long been shuttered, but Argentine developer Alan Faena has launched an aggressive $550M development project to restore this neighborhood to its prior stature of elegance, luxury and brilliance. Faena House in Miami Beach is a new luxury condo high-rise (19 floors) tower that is under construction as one of the first in a series of structures that intend to rejuvenate this stretch of Miami Beach from 30th Street to 40th Street. The famous Saxony Hotel has been restored, and will re-open as the Faena Saxony Hotel and Resort.
Faena House Miami Beach offers 47 ultra-luxury, fully-finished residences in four floorplans ranging from about 1300 square feet to just-under 5000 square feet. Units are combinable, so partial floor and full floor options are available. Each residence features a signature outdoor wraparound terrace (knows as an “alero”), and the condo complex offers what you would expect as full service amenities.
