Arte Surfside at Miami Beach is an ultra-luxury condo residence by famed architect Antonio Citterio (Bulgari and Mandarin Oriental in Dubai, London, Milan and Bali). Citterios has designed a twelve story, sixteen unit oceanfront enclave in one Miami's great new ultra luxury districts, Surfside, Florida. The residences at Arte come in three, four and five bedroom configurations, ranging in size from approximately 3,150 to 7,550 square feet. Citterios designed the residences to flow from the indoors to the outdoors with extraordianary ocean views, with terraces of travertine with ipe decking. The designer kitchens come standard with Poliform cabinetry, Italian marble countertops and Gaggenau appliances. A complete suite of resort-style amenities includes a 75 foot indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool, a rooftop tennis court, state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio, sauna and steam room and a tranquil meditation pond. Additional facilities include a children's playroom, residents' lounge with billiards, catering kitchen for out-of-home entertaining and private temperature-controlled parking spaces.
